We will do our best to assist you, but please note -- once a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts if you have opted out of the package coverage at checkout.

Deadstock materials may vary slightly after restocks occur

(e.g. similar but not identical trims, laces, and fabrics will be sourced when the current materials run out) This will be noted on the product page. It will be listed as "Reclaimed" or "Recycled" materials

Ready stock will ship within 24-48 hrs (Monday-Friday) once the order is placed
