Due to the nature of small business preorder garments, reworked vintage, and/or custom orders, all sales are final

If you received a faulty item, you would like to exchange your item for a different size, or return your item for store credit, please see our Returns Page

We happily accept exchanges if it has been within 10 days of receiving your item
(FPF is not responsible for return shipping costs unless you received a faulty item)

Returns for Store Credit are only permitted if the item is unworn, tags attached and original packaging are included

We do not accept Returns to original payment method and there are no exceptions

Fait Par Foutch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping provider and open a claim.

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS with insurance included
We will do our best to assist you, but please note -- once a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts.

Fait Par Foutch reserves the right to cancel any order if we believe it might be fraud

Deadstock materials may vary slightly after restocks occur
(e.g. similar but not identical trims, laces, and fabrics will be sourced when the current materials run out)

Ready stock will ship within 24-48 hrs (Monday-Friday) once the order is placed

We ship WORLDWIDE with UPS Express -- shipping times are 2-3 days once it leaves our facility. International shipping prices are currently inflated. We cover 60% of the costs for orders under $500 USD, and 100% of the costs for orders over $500 USD
